Exchange Policy
At Virelle®, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item is not the right size, fit, or style, we offer exchanges for eligible items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that:
- Are unused and in original condition
- Are returned in their original packaging
- Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once your replacement item has been shipped.
